To secure a date, a booking fee of 50% of the agreed price is required. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the session date. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the session forfeit the booking fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Keepsake retains the copyright to all motion portraits and footage. The client is granted a license for personal use (display in home, social media). Commercial use requires written permission.
The Keepsake Frame comes with a 1-year hardware warranty. Digital motion files will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of the session date.
